The Package:
1. A free 30-minute introductory consultation
2. A Health History Questionnaire to assess readiness for physical activity (medical approval as needed).
3. Fitness Assessments are conducted at the start and ongoing to motivate and encourage progress.
4. An individualized 4-week workout program and exercise log (workouts are modified regularly).
5. A one-hour introductory training session to demonstrate the workout (plus a warmup routine)
6. Twice-weekly, live online, coaching sessions with form corrections to enable you to reach your goals.
Nutrition coaching to support your strength journey and wellness goals (offered separately).
You will need a small amount of equipment for online and in-home training.

Two Ways to Schedule
1) Train with Friends and choose your schedule (based on availability)
2) Be paired with other clients and attend pre-scheduled sessions offered throughout the week.
About the Program
Each person receives:
A free introductory one-on-one consultation (optional).
A 30-minute consult to discuss your goals and health history questionnaire; plus a fitness assessment (optional), to develop a program that fits individual needs.
Private 15-minute consultations when live coaching isn’t enough to help you overcome challenges with a particular exercise or orthopedic problem.
Includes:
Live coaching for groups of two to three people.
A thoughtfully designed strength program using bodyweight, bands and dumbbells.
Twice-weekly, 30 or 45 minute workouts that are fun, challenging, and effective.
Monthly program changes for variety and to keep you progressing.
Individual form corrections
Printable workout logs with exercise order, and number of reps and sets to track your progress.
Flexible scheduling (see scheduling above).
Modifications, substitutions and advice to keep you working out when you are faced with orthopedic issues, are on travel, or need help to integrate other physical activities.
